You must provide your correct age at registration. cbazzi may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Any account created with a false age will be closed and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one account on cbazzi. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and the funds held may be frozen.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address will be verified during the identity verification process.

• Always keep your account password confidential — never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify cbazzi immediately.
• Sharing or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Cbazzi accounts cannot be sold or transferred.

Once you receive a confirmation message after placing a bet on cbazzi, the bet is considered accepted. If no confirmation is received, assume the bet has not been activated.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, where the cash out feature is active for that market, you may use cbazzi's cash out option to claim a partial or full return before the match ends.

• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet may be declared void in accordance with cbazzi's rules and the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a match result, cbazzi will defer to the decision of the relevant internationally recognised sports governing body.
• Cbazzi reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Bets placed during an odds change in live betting may not be accepted.

The minimum deposit at cbazzi is ৳50 BDT. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Funds are typically credited to your wallet instantly.

A completed KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawal requests are generally handled within 1–24 hours. VIP users receive priority and may benefit from faster processing times.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

If multiple accounts are created to claim bonuses or gain an unfair advantage, cbazzi reserves the right to cancel the bonuses and close the accounts involved.

• The welcome bonus is available to each person once only — it does not apply to multiple accounts created by the same family or from the same device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• Cbazzi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Cbazzi's decision is final in any dispute relating to bonuses.

From your account settings, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits yourself. You can also use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily step away from the platform.

• Betting limits take effect immediately once set.
• When a request is made to increase a limit, cbazzi applies the change after a 24-hour waiting period — not immediately.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be lifted before the set period expires.

You may close your account at any time by notifying the cbazzi support team. We recommend completing any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

Cbazzi reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using information related to betting fraud or match-fixing.
• Use of bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing cbazzi staff or other users.
